AI Agents & Automation

The first pass, done automatically. A person still decides anything that matters.

The problem

You are probably here because

Invoices that need reading, forms that need sorting, enquiries that need a first reply, reports that get rebuilt every Monday. We build agents that do the first pass and flag only what needs a human.

  • Somebody spends every Monday morning rebuilding the same report.
  • Invoices, delivery notes or forms get typed into a system by hand.
  • The inbox has 200 enquiries and the good ones are buried.
  • A question that is answered in your own documents still takes a person twenty minutes to answer.

Included

What you get

Written down before anything is built, so you can price the conversation and hold us to it.

Document reading that handles the messy ones
Invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, handwritten forms, photographed receipts. Extracted into structured data, with a confidence score so you know what to check.
An answering agent that only uses your content
It answers from your policies, manuals and past tickets, and links to the source. If the answer is not in your material, it says so rather than improvising.
Enquiry sorting and first replies
Incoming email and form submissions read, categorised, routed to the right person, and drafted with a reply your team approves before it sends.
The weekly report, rebuilt on its own
Pulled from the systems it lives in, generated on schedule, in your inbox before the meeting.
A review step you control
You choose what runs unattended and what waits for a human. We default to caution: anything touching money, health or a contract gets reviewed.

Process

How a project runs

In this order, with something you can look at early rather than a reveal at the end.

  1. 01

    Pick one job, not ten

We find the single task with the most hours in it and the clearest right answer. That one first.

  2. 02

Run it beside your team, silently

The agent does the work in parallel for a couple of weeks while people carry on as normal. Then we compare.

  3. 03

    Show you the disagreements

Where the agent and your team differed, and why. That is the honest measure of whether it is ready.

  4. 04

Switch it on, then take the next job

Once one is genuinely working, the second is much faster because the plumbing exists.

Tools

What we build with

  • Claude
  • Python
  • Vector search
  • OCR

Ordinary, well-documented tools that other developers already know. Nothing proprietary that only we can maintain.

Questions people ask

What if the AI gets it wrong?

It will, sometimes. That is why we build a review step and a confidence score into anything that matters, and why we run it silently alongside your team first. You see the error rate before you rely on it.

Does our data get used to train someone else's model?

No. We use business API tiers that exclude your data from training, and for sensitive work we can keep processing inside your own infrastructure.

Will this replace our staff?

In the projects we take on it removes the part of the job nobody wanted -- retyping, sorting, chasing. If your goal is to cut headcount, be direct with us at the start so we can tell you honestly whether the numbers work.

How do we know it is worth it?

Count the hours the task takes now, and price them. If the arithmetic does not clear the build cost inside a year, we will tell you not to do it.

Next step

Tell us what is not working.

Describe the problem in your own words. We reply with an honest read on whether it is worth building, roughly what it takes, and what we would do first.
