( Software & AI studio — worldwide )
We build custom software, AI agents and voice systems your business actually runs on.
Azkosoft designs and builds custom software for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools — plus AI agents and voice systems that handle the work nobody has time for.
No sales call required — straight answers on scope and timeline.

What we do
Six things, done properly.
Most projects are a mix of two or three of these. Tell us the problem rather than the solution — working out which of these you actually need is our job, not yours.
- 01
Custom Software
The system your business runs on, built to fit how you actually work.

Not sure which of these fits? Describe the problem and we’ll tell you.
The voice agent, drawn
One call, handled end to end.
While the front desk is busy, an AI voice agent picks up in a natural voice, checks live availability and finishes the job in the systems behind it — no hold music, no lost booking.
18:42 · Inbound
“Do you have a table for four tomorrow evening?”
AI voice agent
Answers instantly, checks availability, holds the table, confirms back.
Calendar — Table 12 held · Fri 19:30
Records — Guest profile saved to the CRM
Guest — Confirmation SMS on its way
Illustration — reception work at 6:42 PM, nobody put on hold
Who we build for
The same problems, different trades.
A hotel missing calls at check-in and a clinic missing calls at reception are the same problem wearing different clothes. These are the trades we see most — not a limit on who we work with.
Hotels
Bookings, front desk, guest messaging and housekeeping.
“The phone rings during check-in and there is one person on the desk.”
Schools
Admissions, attendance, parent portals and fees.
“Admissions arrive by email, paper and phone, and get tracked in a spreadsheet.”
Clinics
Appointments, reminders, intake and records.
“Reception is on the phone all morning and the waiting room is queuing behind it.”
Engineering
Quotes, job tracking, site reports and scheduling.
“Quotes are built in a spreadsheet that only one estimator fully understands.”
Retail
Stock, orders, storefronts and support.
“The website says in stock and the shelf says otherwise.”
Restaurants
Reservations, orders, phone lines and reporting.
“The phone rings through service and nobody can pick it up.”
How we work
A small team that
ships and stays.
We are engineers, not a sales operation with a delivery department attached. That shapes everything below.
( The standard run )
- 01Week 1
Map it
A working session to pin down the real problem. You leave with a written scope and a fixed price.
- 02Weeks 2–3
Touch it
A working prototype you can click, call or log into — early, while changing it is still cheap.
- 03Weeks 3–8
Build & steer
Steady weekly releases you can actually see. Your feedback goes straight into next week’s build.
- 04Ongoing
Launch & stay
We deploy, monitor and keep fixing once real people depend on it.
- 01We write the code
- Not strategy decks and a handover. The people who scope your project are the people who build it and put it in production.
- 02You see it working early
- A working version you can click through in the first few weeks, then steady changes on top. No six-month reveal.
- 03Plain language, always
- You should never need a translator to understand a progress update, a trade-off, or an invoice.
- 04Built to hand over
- Standard tools, documented, on your accounts. If you hire your own developer next year, they can pick it up.
- 05Security is not an add-on
- Proper authentication, encrypted data, sensible access rules. Included, not quoted as an extra line item.
- 06We stay after launch
- Software needs fixing and changing once real people use it. We plan for that instead of disappearing.
When we’re the wrong choice
We would rather say so now than three weeks into a project that was never going to work.
- You want the cheapest possible quote
- You need it finished next week
- Nobody on your side can answer questions about the business
- Everything else, let’s talk
Our work
Concept builds.
These are working builds we made to show what we can do, using example companies rather than real clients. Ask for a live walkthrough of any of them.
Every card below is labelled “Concept”. We will not put a client’s name on this page until they have agreed to it.

AI Receptionist for a 90-Room Hotel
A concept build showing how a hotel can answer every call around the clock. The agent takes bookings, answers questions about rooms and amenities, and hands anything unusual to a human with the full call context.

What does Azkosoft build?
Custom software such as booking systems, job tracking, admin portals and dashboards; AI voice agents that answer the phone and take bookings; AI agents that handle repetitive back-office work; mobile apps; integrations between systems that do not talk to each other; and SaaS platforms for companies whose software is the product.
Who do you work with?
Hotels, schools, clinics, engineering and trade firms, retail and wholesale, and restaurants, among others. Buyers are worldwide. The trades listed are the ones we see most often, not a limit on who we work with.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A focused internal tool or a voice agent is usually a matter of weeks; a full platform takes longer. We give a scope and timeline estimate before any work starts, and you see a working version early rather than at the end.
What does it cost?
We do not publish prices, because the same sentence can describe a two-week job or a six-month one. What drives the number is scope, how many systems it has to connect to, whether old data needs migrating, and how many types of user it serves. Describe the problem and we will come back with a scope and a price before any work begins.
Do we own the code?
Yes. You own the source, the data and the accounts it runs on, including any app store accounts. There is no lock-in and no per-seat licence to us.
Do you have client references?
Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. The builds shown under Our Work are concept builds made to demonstrate capability, using invented company names. They are each labelled as such, and we are happy to walk you through any of them live.

not working.
Describe the problem in your own words. You do not need a spec, a budget, or the right technical terms — that part is our job.
- A reply from an engineer, not a sales rep
- A straight answer on whether we can help
- Rough scope and timeline before any invoice
