Tell us what is not working

A short description of what keeps going wrong is enough to start. It does not need to be polished, and working out what should be built is our job rather than yours.

After you send it

What actually happens next.

  1. 01

We read it and ask the obvious questions

Usually two or three, about how the work happens today rather than about what you want built. Sometimes that exchange is the whole conversation and you find you do not need us.

  2. 02

You get a straight read on whether it is worth building

Including the version where the answer is a tool you can buy for a monthly fee, a change to how the work is organised, or nothing at all. We would rather lose the job than build the wrong thing.

  3. 03

If it is worth building, you get rough scope and timeline

What we would do first, roughly how long it takes and roughly what it costs, before there is any invoice, contract or deposit.

  4. 04

Then you decide, with nothing chasing you

There is no sales sequence behind this form. If you go quiet, you will not hear from us every Tuesday for six months.

Worth including

What to put in the message.

None of it is required. It just means the first reply is a real answer instead of a request for more detail.

  • What is going wrong. The symptom is enough. "We miss calls after six" tells us more than a list of features.
  • Who it affects. The front desk, the whole office, your customers, or you at eleven at night.
  • What you use now. The spreadsheet, the old system, the tool that almost fits. Names help, guesses are fine.
  • Roughly when you need it. A season, a term, a contract renewal. If there is no deadline, say that too.
  • Anything that would rule us out. A budget you cannot go past, a system you have to keep, rules you have to follow.

Get in touch

Tell us what’s
not working.

Describe the problem in your own words. You do not need a spec, a budget, or the right technical terms — that part is our job.

  • A reply from an engineer, not a sales rep
  • A straight answer on whether we can help
  • Rough scope and timeline before any invoice

We are probably not the right fit if…

We would rather say so now than three weeks into a project that was never going to work. If none of these describe you, send the message.

  • You want the cheapest possible quote
  • You need it finished next week
  • Nobody on your side can answer questions about the business
